Holiday Update
I am finally getting my trip in May worked out - it will consist of a week in San Francisco and then a fortnight in the United Kingdom (although I might extend this).
The first travel agent I tried still hasn't got back to me (hopeless!!) and after a little searching on the internet and talking to another agent, I have found the perfect airfare - flying with the companies I want to and also upgrading part of the trip to Business Class !!
Now I just have to pay for it :(
