MOTOFONE - Cell Phones - Motorola US I was a bit disappointed when I first started using my new F3 - no predictive text, no upper or lower cases and not even a way to divert calls, but now I am becoming to admire it's simplicity. It does handle calls very well but that is essentially all it can do, just make and receive calls. It can send and receive SMS, but they can be difficult to read with the limited number of characters on the display. On the plus side, the battery life appears to be acceptable and the display is very clear. It only cost AU$70 and feels the right weight . My mates were impressed with it, but none of them could work out how to turn off the keyboard lock - maybe something the Motorola might need to think about. One interesting fact for other Australian phone geeks - I can use a Virgin sim in this Optus prepaid, but the Optus sim won't work in the Virgin phone - interesting !! technorati tags: Mobile , Phone , Motorola
