Nokia E63 & Ovi
Had the E63 for a couple of week now and the shine has definitely begun to rub off this particular gadget. The phone itself functions adequately and I like having the full keyboard to type SMS and enter details into the phone. What I am less impressed with it the applications. Nokia has a very long way to go if they hope their OVI store is to compare with the Apple App store. The reality of using this application and the lack of really useful applications in the store is something of a waste of time. The first time that I sync'd my new phone with the details that I had previously stored on OVI from my old phone, wiped out all the new information and replaced it with out of date information - well done OVI ! (not) I have done loaded and installed a couple of applications from OVI, none of which have actually worked properly on my E63, so you won't be surprised to hear that they are no longer on the phone.
