Watched the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest last night. No issues with the winner, but disappointed that Hungary and the United Kingdom did not place better. Hopefully Italy will be back after finishing in the top three. Well done by Germany, a very entertaining and professional production.

Plans for today were thrown out the window by the apparent on set of a cold or flu. Thankfully the headache and other aches have subsided by late evening, but the planned trip to see the apartment and a visit to the gym were both put off. Maybe a good night sleep will help me feel more human tomorrow.

Watched the Royal Wedding and thought it was very stunning and both the bride and groom looking stunning and very happy. I hope their marriage is as successful as my parents, which just happens to be as long as that of the Queen and Prince Phillip.
