Quiet Sunday

Didn't do anything out of the ordinary this Sunday. The usual brunch didn't occur and apart from some food shopping and a trip to the gym, I stayed in the apartment. Did I miss out on an invite to a Sporty Sundays event?

All set for Parent's tablet

Got Google acount set up and skype username all set for putting into a tablet for my parents when I go over in May.

Worries

I have had more money worries since I moved into my own place than before when I rented. I have not adjuste to having a mortgage. I have the idea that things will improve once I return from my trip to the UK, because there will be no more trips at least untiil September. I'm not being foolish with money but I'm also not being very careful with it either!

Car abandoned

Everyone's to move their cars out of the apartment's car park. I've already put mine on the street, just hope it will be okay.

Stressful trip

Following an email from a friend, I checked the website of the accommodation I'd booked for London and discovered it was only for students. I have cancelled it, but don't know if they will charge me more than the deposit. Then I had to find new accommodation, the best value appeared to be the alternative venue run by the same people I'd cancelled with. I couldn't decide whether to go ahead as the new accommodation is nonrefundable.

Important lesson

One thing I have learnt today is that there are consequences to not being hydrated sufficient and for me these can be both painful and distressing. Time to that in order to afford anything more serious.

Chill out 2013

Come up to Daylesford for the annual country Victoria pride and do some serious shopping and dining. Friday night was a quiet one in Daylesford and Saturday day has delivered a few surprises. Looking forward to this evening at Sault restaurant.

Cirque de Docklands

Went with Campbell to see Ovo and although not a big fan, I did enjoy the show. Not the most exciting or breathtaking of acts, they did not fail to entertain.
