One day at a time

Not going to Joy as I have to finished three reports before the end of Wednesday.

Off to the Germanic town of Hahndorf north of Adelaide and dinner planned in the city in the evening.

Spent Australia Day driving to Adelaide and arrived even with Campbell driving part of the way. Second day was a trip to Kangaroo Island.

Went to IKEA and purchased a new dining table and four chairs, very happy with the way they look together.

The intern from La Trobe University is doing well and has virtually finished the project.

I've ballooned to 98.4kg :'(

Realised that I had under estimated how long I had the Coles credit card, which means the free credit period will end sooner than I expected. Not panicking just looking for other options.

Hottest day so far (not that difficult since still in January), my plans to visit the local IKEA went down the toilet literally. Oh well sat in air conditioning all day so not uncomfortable and will visit the local shops this evening once it starts to cool down.😥

Upgraded tablet to Android 6, had to reset it all as nothing had been backed up successfully.

Spoke to my father and he's not as cheerful as he has been recently. I think it's because he's been in the house all week. Last week he went out for Christmas and Boxing Day, but there was none of that this week.

Had a friend over on 1st day of the new year and had a meal, wine and chatted. It was a great way to start the year.
