Third attempt at getting a replacement phone, although couldn't convince Officeworks to price match, because it was a different colour!

The Chinese seller has informed me that they are out of stock of the phone I ordered and they don't know when more will come in sonic have cancelled the order :-( I'm not having much luck finding a replacement phone.

Meeting mates for a drink after work. Makes a nice change.

After a social weekend, the week looks equally social.

After much consideration I have ordered a replacement for the HTC Windows phone, the new one will be Android. It's from line of the growing Chinese manufacturers. I hoping it will arrive before my trip but think that I may have left it too late.

After many years of just Apple computers, I have bought and installed a cheap stick Windows PC to replace my oldest Mac mini. It only needs to be able to do Skype and it can do that, so anything beyond that is a bonus.

Went to dinner with friend in the city. Took me 30 minutes to find somewhere to park and it was 20 minutes away from the restaurant.

Finally got my air conditioning fixed, it was a case of crossed wires, which explains why it worked when all the units were turned on but not when they were turned on individually.

Had another bout of diarrhea this afternoon, so left work early. Just made it back in time.

One of the maintenance guys from Steller came this morning and although he could do little about the window, I did demonstrate the issue with the air conditioner.

Had a good time in Hastings with my aunt and mate. She was in good form.
