One day at a time

Another Stellar maintenance guy came and took pictures. By now they should have a whole gallery of pictures taken of my windows. He will be making a recommendation that the vent is covered from the outside, so more delay.

Day started well but went down the toilet very quickly before lunch.  At least I got a visit from my best friend in the evening.

Still need to decide whether I want to move before the planning applications turn into building sites.

After brunch, spent the day with Campbell and Oscar, although it was very distracting have two people to sit on for Oscar the cat.

Got a message from Kel in Sydney out of the blue. It was a nice surprise. Put in my objections to the revised planning application for 17 Taylor Street. Not sure it will make any difference but at least I have had my say.

Finally moved something into my new place, when I cleared the locker at the current place. Still a lot more to go but at least it's a start. 

After a long wait the paper work has been completed for the settlement on my apartment and I have the cheque list from my conveyancer. 

The valuer from ING will be visiting my apartment again to check it as part of the mortgage process. Waiting to hear when settlement will be due.

Need a few things to line up before signing on the dotted line for the apartment on Central Avenue. Most importantly is the review of the contract by the converyencing company.  Then is the arranging of the deposit and then the overall funding, but I do need to be confident that I will be able to afford it beforehand too.

Nearly at the stage of signed the contract to purchase the apartment in Moorabbin. Just make sure that the bank will provide me with the funds to pay the deposit.
