One day at a time

I should not let it bother me, but feeling distressed by the behaviour of couple of guys I've chatted to online. They have both have disappeared from the apps we were chatting in, which means they have blocked me on those apps. Why I don't know and that is what is troubling me, I thought we were getting on well enough online. I guess I was mistaken but it still makes me feel sad to have lost their interest.

There are many things missing from my life, not sure which ones I should sort out first. The more you go without something they more normal it becomes. I can't remember the last time I had a goal or purpose in life. I'm so uncomfortable with social interaction that I prefer to do stuff through the computer than deal with a real person.

Received my new RED iPod nano yesterday and played with it this morning. Nice but could be better, no voice commands, no inline earphone controls, no auto rotate on display and Bluetooth not interstates as well as it could be.

Came up to Sydney for my birthday. The flight up was bumpy and Sydney guys failed to commit, no change there. Very nice hotel and king size shower as well as bed. The production of Aida at the Opera House was the highlight.

New addition

Today the department announced that they intend to do away with the divisional structure. Instead directors will head up groups which will produce the department's output. I was here at the inception of the Commercial division and looks like I will be here to see its demise.
