One day at a time

I posted a couple of pictures of my aunt on Facebook and there has been an unusually large positive response, which is very heart warming.

Rejoined Fitzy's gym for another 3 months, because I need to do something about my weight. It's already pushing over 90 kg and I'm seeing the beginning of a pot belly appearing. My ideal weight would be 85 kg and BMI under 20 at which point I would be in the normal range.

Travelled up with Campbell and after a brief stop at Churnside for something to eat, arrive at the accommodation just after 2pm. Checked on to a nice double twin room.  Drove over to the Chocloatier and made a few purchases, we escaped from the madness and drove over to Healsville for an early dinner at the Innocent Bystander Winery.  Had a very nice meal and returned to the accommodation. 

Started off smooth and bought a new hair trimmer to get rid of the beard .

Checked out after the buffet breakfast and was suffering all the way to Melbourne. The trip back from the airport didn't go as smoothly as the trip to the airport. There seemed to be issues with the bus from the airport and had a wait at Broadmeadows for a train. At least I had two birthday cards waiting for me and the Qantas Q tags had arrived too. The apartment was fine and the car started first time. Work tomorrow unfortunately.

Final full day in Sydney. Had an interesting encounter this morning, before I set off to the QVB for lunch. From there I walked to Circular Quay and used the Motorola mobile phone to take some panoramic pictures of the harbour. Dinner was a salad and I watched a movie in my hotel room.
