One day at a time

Been alone today and for most of the day it didn't even occur to me, until I went shopping and was surrounded by families. Survived that moment of doubt and moved on.

With all the guys off doing other things, is had a very lazy Sunday morning, just had lunch and about to head out for shopping. Then gym on my return and finish off calling my parents as usual.

Went into Joy to record interviews with Barbara and Shane about their earlier memories of Joy. Took a while to get a studio but in the end it all came together.

Mikey came around for dinner and watched a movie from Brazil, about two brothers.

After a sterling performance and audience favourite, Guy Sebastian came a creditable 5th place out of 27 entrants. Unfortunate that does mean that Australia will not be competing again, so our Cinderella story still goes on, we got to the ball but haven't nailed the prince just yet.

Been chatting to a guy in the UK, competitive bodybuilder, who's hinted at what might be available for a small regular donation !!

Tom and Brian came over for dinner which Tom cooked. Enjoyed having them over.
