One day at a time

Saturday Everything was going so smoothly until we reached the hotel. After changing rooms twice, we ended up in the original room that we were first allocated, minus the second bed, but with a dinner voucher and bottle of wine. Flight up here was unremarkable, or should that be remarkable that it a left on time and actually arrived early. Once again my plan to test drive a possible replacement for the Swift was derailed by the hire car company giving us a free upgrade. Once again I've got an enormous car for just to two of us! Went to Main Beach (Sufers Paradise) for dinner and to collect a few essentials. Settled on italian for dinner and had an unusual pizza. Found a easy place to park, problem is that I don't know how big this car. Watched some TV before settling in for sleep, at least I had the proper bed. Campbell is on the sofa bed. Binatone The latest addition to my collection of gadgets and will be giving it a real test over the next few days while on holiday on the Gold Coast in Queensland (Australia). Very impressed with the features at this price, other major brands are easily charging twice this for bluetooth and "Text to Speech". With each GPS there are some limitations to what they offer or do, and this is no different. I would like to be able to search all the Points of Interest (POI) at once, rather than by category and I would like to be able to add my own POI's too (eg supermarkets). The one the negative side, there are very few options in terms of voices (and only one that will perform Text to Speech), the calculation of routes takes a like longer than I would like and when you miss a turn it tries very hard to get you back on the original route, rather then recalculating. It's unusual for me to have a problem sleeping, but here I am 2am in the morning and unable to sleep. Tried essential oils, but no improvement, tried a hot drink but no better. So I've given up and decided to do soemthing other than just lay in bed with my eyes closed.
