Just returned from watching the first half of the last Harry Potter movie. The book took a long time to get moving and the film was the same. The second half should have more action.

Conditional approval

My mortgage application has been approved by ING conditional on the valuation. Now I have to work out how to get the rest of the money ready for settlement.
