Had brunch with Paul and fitted in a session at the gym, shopping and ironing. Took a trip to see the apartment which hasn't progressed much from my last visit, although the last block is slowly taking shape.

There's a cold going round the office and I've been travelling with someone that has had it. Felt bad last night but has cleared up today thankfully.
