Usual Sunday - brunch, gym and TV. The only difference today was no ironing, but waiting for the new shirts to dry. Saw my friend John at the gym and went shopping afterwards as usual.

There's a cold going round the office and I've been travelling with someone that has had it. Felt bad last night but has cleared up today thankfully.
