Decided to drop the Virgin Mobile service and replace it with a new service from Savvytel. The calls and SMS should be far cheaper on the new service.

Get again I didn't go to the gym, I have a mental block about going on early in the week, although I did have very bad heartburn.

Got an email from Graham and he liked the card. He expects to be here later this year.
