Very stressful day, felt near to tears this morning. Things just seem to be getting on top of my lately. Had a very nice lunch with my colleagues, but can't get over how bullies get awarded in the department.

Had dinner with Anthony at the Italian restaurant on Malvern St. Nice food and good service.
