Changes at work

The search for the new leader of the division has been announced and not surprisingly it is an outsider. The announcement didn't go smoothly, instead of telling the division first, we got to hear at the same time as the rest of the department. Not the best move to encourage an improvement in the business culture. Just another example of the leadership saying one thing but doing something completely different.
