Love Never Dies (apart from on stage)

Just been to see the sequel to The Phantom of the Opera. Fans of the original will be very disappointed.

It's the usual tale of hideous beast loses the girl only to have her turn up again ten years later with husband and son in tow. It's not that difficult to see where this ship is sailing.

The music was pleasant but not particularly memorable, whilst the set and costumes were outstanding.

It looks amazing, shame about the storyline, lyrics and music.
