Trip to Sydney - Saturday 29 October

Drove down to Avalon airport about 1pm, after dealing with some issues at home. The airport is in the middle of a big field and there is no distinction between long & short stay parking. Tried to get a boarding pass a couple of times using the voucher sent to my phone but it needed human intervention in the end to produce one. The plane did leave on time & the flight didn't feel any longer.

It took a while to get to the hotel, with problems on the trains & when I arrived there were only twin rooms available. Unusual for me I made a fuss about it & will move tomorrow.

I had a quiet evening, as I felt very tied, but I did chat to Alex via SMS about catching up.
