Got some good news yesterday, my application for the First Home Owners Boost had been approved and the finds are already in my bank account.

Most of this will be set off against my mortgage.

There's a cold going round the office and I've been travelling with someone that has had it. Felt bad last night but has cleared up today thankfully.
