One day at a time

Today the department announced that they intend to do away with the divisional structure. Instead directors will head up groups which will produce the department's output. I was here at the inception of the Commercial division and looks like I will be here to see its demise.

Things are deteriorating at work. The changes to executive assistants is cause issues in my immediate working group and I was informed yesterday that I will be leaving that group at the end of 2012. It's amazing how quickly the culture has fallen apart and how little I'd being done by senior management to improve it.
