Not happy worker

Things are deteriorating at work. The changes to executive assistants is cause issues in my immediate working group and I was informed yesterday that I will be leaving that group at the end of 2012.

It's amazing how quickly the culture has fallen apart and how little I'd being done by senior management to improve it.
