Easy Come not so easy go

Not having much luck with items purchased off the internet recently. I am about to return the second one in as many weeks.

The first one was a change of mind, I didn't want to be stuck with an electric toothbrush that I could not get new heads for and the second is in my view defective, what's the point of having a tablet designed for view chatting if no one can hear you.

The refund for the first one of these returns has turned up, minus the postage fee and a restocking fee. I am waiting to hear whether the company will accept my second return (they are from two different suppliers).
