Day of highs and lows

Day started well, had a very nice time with Paul and we're catching up again next Saturday.

Unfortunately my weight isn't such a good news story. It's steadily increasing and heading in definitely the wrong direction.

Some sad news from my parents, my sister's dog had died. This would be very upsetting for her, as he has been her companion for over 10 years.
