Flu in

There's a cold going round the office and I've been travelling with someone that has had it. Felt bad last night but has cleared up today thankfully.

Conditional approval

My mortgage application has been approved by ING conditional on the valuation. Now I have to work out how to get the rest of the money ready for settlement.
