Down again

Spent the afternoon feeling sorry for myself, after discovering that people I know (sort of) had gone to Carnival but hadn't let me know. Well they had, but only on Facebook and I didn't look at it until the evening.

Actually had a productive day, brunch, gym, clothes shopping, but afterwards I turned to a couch potato 😞

Called home but not really a happy chap this evening.
