Working pressured

Be careful what you wish for! I'm enjoying the change and the mental challenge learning something new, but this managing people can be painful.

Had one member of the team off on "sick" leave for the last few days and its caused a number of issues, impacting my work and that of the newest member of the team.

At least it as forced me to make a decision to ensure there is cover for this person in the future.
