The day started off pain free but the back pain returned during the day. I think that the couch does not help as it is relatively low and I don't sit on it properly.

Third attempt at getting a replacement phone, although couldn't convince Officeworks to price match, because it was a different colour!

Conditional approval

My mortgage application has been approved by ING conditional on the valuation. Now I have to work out how to get the rest of the money ready for settlement.
