One day at a time

Today reached 31c, the gym was very warm.

Went to a new brunch venue, the food was okay, but the coffee could have been better. Parking was a puzzle and it shouldn't have been.

Could have been worse although I'm not sure what Pete will think of the debacle with the traff. Naomi was very nice and it helped having Emily there.

Made contact with the EAP provider and already feel better.  Just the fact of doing something about it is making a difference. Radio was okay,  should have prepared a running sheet, so obvious when you think about it.

Decided I can't go on like I have been at work feeling frustrated, so I'm going to seek help from the Employee Assistance Program because the current situation isn't good for me and my working relations.

Going to fill in on a program on Joy,  although I thought I was co-presenting turns out its me and lots of guests,  suppose I just need to get them to talk and have a couple of songs as back up.

Was in the panel today and although I thought I'd set up everything correctly I was thrown at the very beginning when u couldn't see the intro for the show. At least the birthday promos worked well.

Not sure what to do with myself now that I have completed the CPA course and not starting the new one until the new year. Spoke to Graham and sorted outs what is happening for the first two weeks of his visit. I need to book the days either side of January 1 off work.

I got very little sleep before the exam, just couldn't get into a deep sleep. So wasn't feeling my best for the exam, but after three hours puzzling over 100 questions I was relieved to find I had passed. I ate before heading over to JOY and producing an hour of radio with Jarrad and Barbara, it was fun but I was pressing the wrong buttons which I put done to the lack of sleep. I put off dinner with mates and headed to bed early, but still had trouble getting off to sleep.

Having two days to revise for my first CPA exam on Saturday. Also been reflecting on why I sometimes feel out of place and whether its the definitions applied by other people that I don't meet or fit into that is the root of the issue.

PROJECT UPDATE! Both 41 Mavho Street, Bentleigh and 11 Central Avenue, Moorabbin have been a huge success with  majority of sales in both projects being to owner occupiers (I know I preach this often) but this reflects extremely well in the long term value of the project and for any investors who purchase they have minimal competition when it comes to renting the apartment out. Ground and preliminary basement works have already commenced at  41 Mavho Street, Bentleigh  and demolition scheduled for early 2015 for  11 Central Avenue, Moorabbin.

Felt very frustrated at work today. The demand to drop everything to suit someone else's plans was the worst part. At least tomorrow is my final day this week, but then I have a exam at the end of the week.

Received a fully executed version of the contract, now just waiting for the funding to appear so I can pay the remaining deposit, before 21 December.

Had hopefully my final physio session with Travis. I do have another appointment but only if it hasn't cleared up completely.

The copy of contract that was left with your at our meeting on Friday is not executed however I am obligated to give you a copy at the time of signing. Yes the vendor needs to sign the two copies I have, once signed hard copies will be sent to both solicitors (yours and ours) and a scanned version will be emailed to you for your records.

Took the first step to moving, I signed the contract for apartment 507 at 11 Central Avenue. Only just noticed that my version has not been signed by the vendor, you think he would remember to do that.

Still in contact with big Michael back there in London, will be back there in  2015.

Its been a hectic week with a mad attempt to prepare for signing the contract for the apartment in Moorrabbin. Finally beginning to feel comfortable about it but it's been a rough road there.

Things are moving in the right direction in connection with the move. Got the conveyancer looking at the contract and that should be back before Friday. I have a valuer coming tomorrow morning to provide a bank valuation so I can get the line of credit.

Dissatisfied with the final episode, not happy at all that the geeky girl died, or that there really was no explanation how the Master had returned. Left feeling very disappointed and despondent.

Need a few things to line up before signing on the dotted line for the apartment on Central Avenue. Most importantly is the review of the contract by the converyencing company.  Then is the arranging of the deposit and then the overall funding, but I do need to be confident that I will be able to afford it beforehand too.

Nearly at the stage of signed the contract to purchase the apartment in Moorabbin. Just make sure that the bank will provide me with the funds to pay the deposit.

Went into town to work on World Wide Wave and I had to panel. Since I couldn't log on, Damian had to use his log on. I put all the entries into the system and got to run it in the studio. The interview didn't go as smoothly as I hoped, but we got there in the end, in not sure how long the interview will run for after editing.

Another day off and this one I went shopping with Campbell and had a chat about the apartment. He made very good points that I am very unlikely to loss out with an place so close to a railway station and a supermarket around the corner. I've had a message from the developer asking if there is an interest, I has replied and he wants to get the paperwork signed but I'm going to put him off until at least next weekend.

Been thinking about the apartments and although I have only been to see a couple of places, I am more impressed with the first one particular the size. I drove Dow there after brunch, which didn't take long at all and then on to Southland. I've need to think this through and find out what I can afford too.

Went to look at a few places that are selling apartments off the plan and the first one is offering very big ones, but its further out that I was originally planning to go, its beyond the tram network. When there's nothing to see but an artist impression, its difficult to know if I would love living there.
