Why my contract isn't sign and sealed

The copy of contract that was left with your at our meeting on Friday is not executed however I am obligated to give you a copy at the time of signing.


Yes the vendor needs to sign the two copies I have, once signed hard copies will be sent to both solicitors (yours and ours) and a scanned version will be emailed to you for your records.
