Been offered a iphone 5 at a very reasonable price and decides to come back to Apple.

I will be dropping the Atrix as I have become rather fond of the HTC 8x.

Third attempt at getting a replacement phone, although couldn't convince Officeworks to price match, because it was a different colour!

Conditional approval

My mortgage application has been approved by ING conditional on the valuation. Now I have to work out how to get the rest of the money ready for settlement.
