Had combined constipation and diarrhoea, which was not fun and in fact extremely painful. Couldn't sit down this morning, but got better in the afternoon.

Didn't do the radio show and only briefly left the apartment.

There's a cold going round the office and I've been travelling with someone that has had it. Felt bad last night but has cleared up today thankfully.
