Old fashioned service

Ordered a pair of sunglasses off the internet. Got a tracking code to follow their delivery and found a card in my post box. 

Apparently this courier company doesn't realise this is the 22nd century and expects someone to be home all day or to collect the package from a way out of town local. 

I don't thiink either eill be happened so asked for a refund and blamed the courier for failing to deliver the item.
