In the end I didn't go with Airbnb but went with student accommodation, on the Strand no less. First night I'm staying close to Heathrow and staying at one of the Premier Inns close to the airport.

Third attempt at getting a replacement phone, although couldn't convince Officeworks to price match, because it was a different colour!

Conditional approval

My mortgage application has been approved by ING conditional on the valuation. Now I have to work out how to get the rest of the money ready for settlement.
