Had a very uncomfortable meeting and at one point I felt I was being accused for something that I had nothing to do with. I'm not prepared to put up with that treatment again.

Third attempt at getting a replacement phone, although couldn't convince Officeworks to price match, because it was a different colour!

Conditional approval

My mortgage application has been approved by ING conditional on the valuation. Now I have to work out how to get the rest of the money ready for settlement.
