Took my aunt out for lunch and had a very entertaining time, whilst she is in her 90s there aren't any marbles missing.

Surprisingly she's considering getting a mobile phone for the first time in her life.

Third attempt at getting a replacement phone, although couldn't convince Officeworks to price match, because it was a different colour!

Conditional approval

My mortgage application has been approved by ING conditional on the valuation. Now I have to work out how to get the rest of the money ready for settlement.
