Seem impossible to motivate myself to go to the gym, even though it is available 24 hours a day, I still can't find the time to go. My weight is depressing me but obviously I don't went to do anything about it.

There's a cold going round the office and I've been travelling with someone that has had it. Felt bad last night but has cleared up today thankfully.

Not feeling so good, don't know if it's the beer or something else. Had a dull day at work, spent most of it trying to fill in my performance plan. Met Matt another lecturef, this time from Deakin University in Geelong. Posted via Blogaway
