Taken a while to get over the effects of the jet lag on this trip. This is the first morning where I haven't felt particular. Hope I will be able to stay awake longer today too.

Third attempt at getting a replacement phone, although couldn't convince Officeworks to price match, because it was a different colour!

Conditional approval

My mortgage application has been approved by ING conditional on the valuation. Now I have to work out how to get the rest of the money ready for settlement.
