I had a meeting with my manager who thinks I would be grade 6 material. Don't feel all that senior at the moment, taking my instruction from a grade 3 who would become one of the staff I would supervise.

There's a cold going round the office and I've been travelling with someone that has had it. Felt bad last night but has cleared up today thankfully.
