Getting my whinning done

Sent four emails this email, wanting action, wonder how many will react?

Hectic

There is a limit to what one person can do and I think I hit that limit today.

Pain in the backside

Literally have a pain in my backside running down my leg.

Public opening

First open for inspection to public. Had a couple of people through and one late comer. Hopefully more on Saturday.

Over whelmed

Work is getting out of hand, just keeping on top of all the changes that need to be completed before the next meeting and the computer systems aren't really helping.

First interest

The first potential buyers were shown around my apartment today, hopefully the first of many.

Update El Capitan

Finally managed to download the latest version of OSX for the main Mac Mini. Problem syncing Windows Phone at the same time as the iPhone.

Lunch at the marina

Ready for the close up

Uncluttered my apartment ready for the photographer to take the pictures to promote my place to prospective buyers.

Up for sale

Signed with an estate agent to sell my current apartment. Will be through a private sale rather than auction. Doing to cost about $10,000 in commission and marketing.

More of the same

Brunch with guys, but had to drive be an way to avoid the marathon. Came home, got music sorted for radio and then went to see Mikey. Got home in time for dinner and calling parents and finished day watching the Doctor and Clara save the day again.

Busy Day

It's been a productive day. Rearranged the furniture in my apartment to open it up and moved some of the boxes out. Still some clearing up to before it will be finished.

Week estate

This week has been the one for estate agents, two down and one more tomorrow.

Pressing the wrong buttons

I was on the panel tonight and started off well, but screwed up the first part, recovered by the second section.

Congress

Attended the CPA Congress at the Crown Palladium and although I appreciated the sessions, I was less impressed with the catering or more precisely the lack of gluten free provided.

Note to self - don't try to be too clever

I prepared a PowerPoint presentation for work, just on my trip to the UK and  I thought I would have the first few slides automatically advance as I talked. Bad idea, as I didn't keep up with them, better if I had just manually advanced them - LESSON LEARNT - don't try to be too clever!

Exercise my ass!

I've come to the realisation that exercise is no fun and i feel that's the route of the problem for me in doing it, I get no satisfaction out of it so there is no incentive for me to do it. Yes I feel low because I am not happy with my shape so exercise should improve that but I feel no improvement when I start, during or after exercising.

Slow week

Work a been very light on, which mean's I end up spending money and perfect examples this week with shirts from Witchery and a new cool electric shaver.

Why is doing the right thing so much work

Had the perfect opportunity to go to the gym but didn't in the end. Rationalised that I old go tomorrow. I get no immediate enjoyment out of exercising so is that why motivation us lacking?

Up the water

Making an effort to drink more water and so far so good.

Bloody afternoon

The day started so well, after brunch I was on route to check out how the new apartment was going but get uncomfortable on the way there so diverted back to Brunswick and glad I did as I suffered a bad bout of diarrhea. Meant the rest of the day was spent in the apartment, but at least I cleared the bed and vacuumed the lounge. Looks like I might have anal fissures, my symptoms are consistent with having them. Staying hydrated and more fiber will prevent them developing.

Birthday week

I've had a very nice birthday week and although the day itself was a bit of a let down, I have had three very enjoyable meals and a nice trip up to Brisbane.

Tram Delight

Image
Took three of my best friends on the tram restaurant in Melbourne and had a wonderful time. Food was excellent and the service was entertaining, if a little strange. We didn't normally get asked where we have left our wives but I guess we're of that age when we would have them.

Was this Friday?

Felt like the weekend had come early and in fact it had with a public holiday, to celebrate a footy match. Victoria now has two public holidays linked to sporting events, plus the test match held on Boxing Day.

Texting a feeling

Sent a SMS to my father to wish him a happy 91 birthday, nothing unusual about that these days.
