Bloody afternoon

The day started so well, after brunch I was on route to check out how the new apartment was going but get uncomfortable on the way there so diverted back to Brunswick and glad I did as I suffered a bad bout of diarrhea. Meant the rest of the day was spent in the apartment, but at least I cleared the bed and vacuumed the lounge.

Looks like I might have anal fissures, my symptoms are consistent with having them. Staying hydrated and more fiber will prevent them developing.
