Too hard basket

Getting to breaking point. Been pestering the car dealer with very little success, I shouldn't need to call four times for one call back! The shine has completely gone from the purchase and if there was a way out of it, I would be taking it. Now I can't have the car for another week as there is a fault in the paint work. When I'm busy it doesn't get me down but when I'm quiet it hits hard.

On top of this the phone line in the rental apartment won't be connected until 16 December although the order has been cancelled AGAIN on my account list.
