Planned match up with Cam, Brian and Tom was originally put on hold as Brian was tied up with the Undies Run and then I was struck down with diarrhoea, so they caught up without me.

There's a cold going round the office and I've been travelling with someone that has had it. Felt bad last night but has cleared up today thankfully.
