One day at a time

Staying in very nice cottage just off the Great Ocean Rd and I'm sleeping on the mezzanine level!

Finished our time in Hastings and after catching up with our Aunty, I took the girls down to Sorrento to catch to ferry. The trip over the bay was bumpy but not uncomfortable and the drive down to Lorne very pleasant. The accommodation is surprisingly good and I think the girls really like Lorne.

Drove down to Hastings with sisters and had a enjoyable family lunch before checking into the motel.  Spoke to parents over Skype and will be on again tomorrow morning with our Aunty.

Sisters arrived for a three week holiday staying with me. Long day, airport pick up and long walk along the bay.

MOORABBIN Level 6 roof installed, structure is now complete. Joinery is currently being installed, robes, tiling and plastering all well under way.

Didn't have much planned for today but it was put on hold due to another bout of diarrhoea.

The more I listen to our entry for Eurovision, the more I think it needs to be reworked. The song doesn't build emotional after the initial verse and chorus, and there needs to be something added to make the final chorus stand out and to capture the audience's attention. Dami is a amazing singer and she deserves an equally amazing song.

Got two tasks completed,  spare myki cards reloaded and haircut.

Public holiday, but spent it alone in the apartment. Suffered another bout of diarrhoea.

Drove up to Daylesford to watch the Chill out parade and have lunch. It was  a very nice day in the end.

Occasionally I get hit by overwhelming loneliness and unfortunately tonight is one of those occasions. There will be tears before bedtime. I am a disappointment by myself but I don't care enough to do anything about it.  Outside work and a few weekly events I don't talk to anyone.  Comfortable to bare my pain here because I doubt any one will read ever read it.

Dami releases her Eurovision entry tomorrow, Sound of Silence (unfortunately there's another entry with that name already).

I've got some songs for the next show, hope the team likes them.

Feel like I haven't slept for a couple of days! Heading to bed early.

Replacement Pebble watch is performing well so far, not sure what to do with the old one.

After brunch did some shopping and then retired to the apartment for the rest of the day.

Working through the budget submissions but not sure if we're covering everything we should be,  will need to check in.

Only took a month but finally got round to booking an ultrasound for this Saturday.

Been reprimanding myself for not staying in contact with guys, but just not that interested and those I am interested in are uninterested in me 🙄
