MOORABBIN

Level 6 roof installed, structure is now complete. Joinery is currently being installed, robes, tiling and plastering all well under way.

Third attempt at getting a replacement phone, although couldn't convince Officeworks to price match, because it was a different colour!

Conditional approval

My mortgage application has been approved by ING conditional on the valuation. Now I have to work out how to get the rest of the money ready for settlement.
