Went to the Flinders Hotel for lunch. Very busy and good food but lacked the warmth and friendly atmosphere we get at other places. My aunt enjoyed the drive there and back.

Third attempt at getting a replacement phone, although couldn't convince Officeworks to price match, because it was a different colour!

Conditional approval

My mortgage application has been approved by ING conditional on the valuation. Now I have to work out how to get the rest of the money ready for settlement.
