Worst day at work

I was very disappointed with my colleagues today. They all went merrily off to the group's Christmas lunch but no one noticed I wasn't there or asked me why I was missing it. I didn't choose to avoid it but was forced to due to lack of options at the restaurant picked. What hurt was that no one appeared to care I wasn't there.

Much like the Pride network, none of them bothered to check who was invited or follow up afterwards.
