The day wasn't that great weather wise so we went to an outlet centre near Mansfield and then headed over to Matlock later on.

Decided I no longer enjoy driving in the UK.

Third attempt at getting a replacement phone, although couldn't convince Officeworks to price match, because it was a different colour!

Conditional approval

My mortgage application has been approved by ING conditional on the valuation. Now I have to work out how to get the rest of the money ready for settlement.
