Weeks 37 & 38

Missed last week, I was on leave. Although I didn't go anywhere, I did not touch my work computer all week and it was very nice to spend the time away from work. I hadn't been on extended leave since early March. 

It was not just laying around, as I picked up my new car and got accustomed to it. It's a change as I've gone back to a smaller car but I am enjoying driving it.

Went to see my aunt at the weekend and went down a little later than usual as I wasn't well in the morning.

Returned to work although it will also be a short week as I am off for a long weekend in the Yarra Valley with a friend and my cat is going into a new cattery while I am away.

It's been a very nice weekend and although we haven't done much it's been a very nice change.

My family in the UK are still under restrictions that are going to be relaxed over Christmas, but I think my Dad is going to stay home as he does not think people will follow the restrictions.

Sounds like we will begin returning to the office early in 2021, but probably not until February.
